JAZZIZ Bistro is a new and exciting dining experience replete with great food, specialty drinks, unique atmosphere and the best music in South Florida. A state of the art sound stage, indoor and outdoor bars/lounges and retail space makes JAZZIZ a one of a kind destination for people who enjoy great food, entertainment and a place to hang with friends and loved ones.

The concept was created by music media pioneer, Michael Fagien of JAZZIZ Omnimedia. (www.jazziz.com). The first JAZZIZ venue opened in December 2004, at Seminole Paradise at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and has attracted customers seeking a unique and fun dining,  music and lounge experience.

With the help of Burt Rapoport, a well-known South Florida restaurateur, Gerard Klauder, an established name in restaurant/club construction, San Francisco-based architect group MG&Co. and sound engineers (who designed House of Blues), Fagien assembled a first-class team for the original design of the restaurant infrastructure, menu and bar creation, and continues to provide the expertise for each venue's development and the imaging and positioning of a jazz-based entertainment theme, calling upon his twenty plus years building jazz businesses for the major media companies. JAZZIZ Bistro partner Jerry Klauder manages the identification, construction and build out details for each new venue with a dozen or so planned over the next five years.
